P90 Workout Schedule

The P90 Workout schedule is a simple mix of Sculpt and Sweat.  With month one focusing on Sculpt A and Sweat B, with the Abs A thrown in after each Sweat session.  Month 2 will incorporate Sculp B and Sweat B, with Abs B, and month 3 will move to Sculpt C and Sweat C.  Make sure you follow this progression so your body can get ready for the increase in intensity.
