I love this workout. It destroys me, but the rest of the day I’m loving life. It’s a good mix of moves, the impact isn’t that bad for an Insanity routine.

Loooooong. Like so long you aren’t sure if it’s going to end. But it will, eventually… Every time I saw this on the calender for the workout of the day I had cold sweats. Luckily you’ve already completed month 1, so you should be OK to do this one.
Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning Moves
Warmup (3 times through)
Jog – Jog in place
Stright Arm Jumping Jacks – Regular Jumping jacks but your arms push up in the air.
Jump Rope Side to Side – Like you are jumping rope but the rope goes on each side as you hop right to left. Switch your arms up, keep your core tight.
High Knees – Arms out – Knees up, arms straight, neck nice and long.
Switch Kicks – Hop from foot to foot, while kicking out. Arms in. As the foot goes out exhale. Land soft.
Hit the Floor – Side to side jump with hands in the air, when you land bring your hand to the floor.
Floor Hops – Hands on the floor, jump feet side to side. Exhale as your feet go up.

High/Low Jab with Squat – As you squat you jab, then you jump up and jab, back down into the squat. Halfway through you switch arms.
Football Runs – Run in place, on command drop to the floor in low plank, back up to run.
B-Ball Shot with Squats – 4 jump shots, then 4 hops back in a half circle to switch sides, then repeat on the new side
Right and Left Kicks – Kicks with left leg, increasing speed, then switch to other side.
Diamond Jumps – Jump up and connect your hands and your feet to make a diamond shape, on the way down you go into a squat.
In and Out / Push up Jacks – On the floor in plank position, hop your feet in and out. Pushup jacks are like pushups with your feet hoping wide on the down part of the pushup, so it’s like you are doing a jumping jack in plank position.
Suicide Jumps – These are similar to Burpees in that with feet shoulder width apart you drop your hands between your feet, jump your feet back into a plank, jump your feet back to your hands, and then finish by jumping vertically in the air.
High Knee / Low / Floor Sprints – High knees for a 8 count, low knees for an 8 count, then floor sprints (Plank position and run with your feet for an 8 count)
Ski Abs – Plank position, hop legs diagonal up/right, then back, then up/left.
Kick Step Back – Kick forward, step back, touch the floor. Keep your elbows in.
Squat Twists – Jump up and hop feet together, hop to spread feet and touch foot on one side, hop up to put feet together, hop and spread feet to touch opposite foot.
Over the River Hops – Big jump side to side, arms cross on either side.
Attack – Standing at an angle with right side facing foward, you hop to spread legs while attacking forward with your right hand, after two attacks you switch to the left side.
Power Knee – Bring your knee to your hands, extend hands and leg, then bring back together again. Switch to other side.
Ski Down Hooks – Ski side to side, end with a hook on both side. Don’t twist. Move about 6 inches right to left.
Belt Kicks – Squat to one side, come up and kick. Hands on your waist. Repeat on other side.
Forward Back Suicides – Shuffle forward and back, and the very front touch the floor, shuffle back and touch the floor.
Push-up Abs – Plank position, on the down part of the pushup, alternate knees to your elbow on the same side.
Plank Punches – Plank position, alternate puching forward by the head.
8 Jump Roles / 8 Hops Squats – Jump in the air like you are jumping rope, then 8 squat hops, which is when in squat position you hop up and down.
Squat Speed Bag – In squat position, pretend to hit a boxing speed bag, essentially looks like you are rotating your fists in a fast circle.
